  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided. This is just a confirmation that we’ve received your request and are preparing to process it.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a follow-up email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

2. Shipping Method

  • Shipping Carrier: We use trusted local delivery services for shipping your order. The exact shipping carrier will depend on your location and the delivery service used.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. On average, shipments will be delivered within to  business days from the date of dispatch. You will be notified with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within .
  • Shipping Fees for Remote Areas: For some remote locations, there may be additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, you will be notified during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Payment Method: We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for orders. This means that you will pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. No other payment methods, (such as credit or debit cards, online payment services, or bank transfers.).
  • Order Confirmation: By selecting COD as your payment method, you confirm that you will have the total order amount in cash ready to be paid when the order arrives at your address. Our delivery team will not accept payments by other methods.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing and preparing your shipment. However, if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please note that cancellation requests are only valid before the order is dispatched.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Any errors in the address may result in delays or non-delivery of your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal of payment (COD), we may charge additional fees for re-delivery or cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to make the payment and receive the goods.

  • After your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your provided email address. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery with the shipping carrier.

9. Damaged or Defective Products
