Return and Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns for Products: We accept returns for products within 3-4 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if we sent you the wrong item. You must contact us within this period to initiate a return.
  • Non-returnable Products: For hygiene or safety reasons, we do not accept returns for certain products, including but not limited to used outdoor gear, opened camping supplies, or items that have been worn or used.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 3-4days of receiving your order. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name/ID
    • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return
    • Clear photographs of any defects or damages (if applicable)
  • We will review your return request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. Condition of Returned Items

For a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
  • If the product has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way, it may not be eligible for return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Other Returns: If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
  • Refund Method: Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed through the same method— in cash  method. If the order was paid by COD, the refund may be issued only cash on delivery.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact us within 3-4 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for you at no additional cost.
  • Exchange Shipping: If an exchange is requested due to product defect or damage, we will cover the shipping costs. If the exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., a wrong size), you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both sending the item back and sending the replacement.

7. Non-refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or worn.
  • Products that were specifically marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Products that have been customized or personalized.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damage.
  • We will either arrange for a replacement of the item or process a refund, depending on the situation.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so by contacting us at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and no charges will apply.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery or return the item, it will be handled as a return (subject to the terms above).
